pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ne pas manger ni boire de grandes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019eau au moins deux heures avant la pratique et d\u2019arriver 5-10 minutes avant le d\u00e9but du cours pour avoir le temps de se d\u00e9poser tranquillement sur son tapis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est surtout tr\u00e8s important d\u2019\u00e9couter son corps, tout le long de la s\u00e9ance, sans jugement, sans volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9ussite pour savourer les bienfaits du
